How do I know I can trust my Cleaner?


We are very particular about who we hire. Every Happy Home's cleaner undergoes a rigorous screening process including criminal background checks. Additionally, all cleaners are fully insured and contracted. Our cleaners are all given high specification training to meet our demanding standards, and we regularly conduct quality inspection checks plus collect reviews and feedback from cleaners and customers.




Is Happy Homes Housekeeping suited to me?


Happy Homes Housekeeping will always tailor to your needs. We will provide you with a comprehensive list of our wide range of services, so that you may choose what you’d like us to provide. Together we will create a work order tailored to your specific requests, This is so we can guarantee a personalised service that matches you and your needs.




How often should I have my home cleaned?


Happy Homes Housekeeping offers regular housecleaning on a weekly, bi-weekly and monthly basis. In addition, we are available for special one-time cleans. These include move-in/move-outs, deep cleans, new construction clean up, and occasional maintenance cleans for customers that just need a little extra help. Our most popular service is every two weeks, but we will schedule according to your needs.




Do I have to sign a contract?


No. There are no contracts to sign. We know we can earn your business back each time we clean.




Do I have to be home when the cleaner comes?


This is completely up to you! You do not need to be home, although of course you’re welcome to be. Many of our customers provide us with a key to their home and where necessary, alarm codes. We keep your keys and access information extremely secure and is shared only with your cleaner keeping to current GDPR regulation. Each key provided to us with be allotted an unique keycode, if your cleaner is to leave us for any reason, this key will be returned to the us and the key code re-rolled.




Will I always have the same cleaner?


We want you to enjoy the kind of community in our service that allows you to never think twice about choosing our services. To gain your trust we will always send the same cleaner to your home for each visit. In a situation where your cleaner is ill or on holiday, you will have an option of a replacement cleaner for the neccesary cleans, if you wish to skip or rearrange to keep the same cleaner that can be organised. This will be discussed as soon as possible before your booking.




Are Happy Homes Housekeeping cleaners insured?


All our staff are fully insured and vetted that means they are covered for any damage to your home, all have a current background check, right to work and criminal history report/ check. You can be assured that our staff will take the greatest care while cleaning your home.

Payments Accepted

Payment details are included on your email invoice, Payments are accepted through bank transfer, PayPal or online payments, please ask at your booking or use our contact us page if you would like more information.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep scheduled appointment please give 24 hours notice of a reschedule/ cancellation or charges will apply for your booking, discretion can be used in exceptional circumstances.
